1.    财政目标 (Financials)

  • 按照年度销售计划,完成私行客户管理资产额、资产年度新增额、利润等业绩指标
  • 配合BoS或集团内所有业务渠道的客户经理,共同做好客户的营销、跟踪、投资、管理等工作,提升客户的满意度
  • 维护并巩固现有私行客户关系,深度挖掘客户业务潜能
  • 积极开拓有效的渠道,开发客户资源,提升整体绩效
  • 保持对市场的洞察力,及时掌握财富市场的变化,了解客户理财需求变化,及时向产品团队反馈,积极应对市场及客户需求变化

2.    非财政目标 (Non-financials)

  • 了解客户财务需求,能够通过资产组合配置理念向其提供适合的理财产品或投资机会
  • 积极参与财富管理相关市场活动和其他客户营销活动
  • 积极参与银行内部项目筹划和会议,并给于建设性的反馈

3.    衡量服务质量  (Quality of Work)

  • 确保所有销售文件的差错率为零
  • 与客户建立并维持良好长期关系,不断地发掘机会来提升管理的客户资产规模和银行利润
  • 提供优质的客户服务,实现投诉率为零,为客户提供有效及时的投后服务
  • 积极参加银行组织的各项内外部培训,并按要求通过考核

4.    运营风险管理 (Risk Management)

  • 所有业务单据/销售材料应符合销售程序和合规的要求
  • 熟知银行的合规要求及规则,并严格按照银行业务操作步骤指引及流程开展业务
  • 根据客户的风险承受程度差异,为客户提供相应的理财产品服务
  • 遵守所有的信息安全标准和方针 ,确保客户信息的完整和保密
  • 了解并遵守银行的道德规范、行为准则及所有相关流程,并确保顺利通过审计
  • 能够及时掌握最新的法规和流程规定,能够根据客户的风险级别为客户提供相应的理财产品建议
  • 本科及以上学历
  • 银行、证券、信托等金融机构财富部门 5年以上客户经理或投顾经验,
  • 鼓励通过CFA 第一级别考试,具备CFA、CIIA、CFP资格者优先
  • 具备强烈积极性及主动服务意识和态度
  • 5年以上相关工作经验
  • 具备良好的中文及英文口语和写作能力
  • 具备良好的计算机办公室软件运用技巧
