MPS is seeking an experienced leader to join our Global Finance team to support our strategic technology initiatives and manage our key business processes and projects. This is a critical and high-profile position that will be the primary liaison with Finance and IT in the evaluation, development and configuration of ERP and supporting systems. The Finance Lead will interact cross-functionally with IT, FP&A, Sales Operations, Product, HR, Legal and Tax to support the rapid growth of the company and ensure efficient and strong business controls.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management leadership of all major finance related IT Projects
  • Works closely with cross-functional team to align on project strategy and prioritization
  • Lead strategist for roll-out and of IFS Module Experts and key Business Process Owners
  • Review of contracts and financial budgeting for key Finance and IT initiatives
  • Oversight and lead reviewer of Finance and IT Key Controls
  • Prepares memos and presentations for Executive Management review
  • Develop and sustain ERP and other key training programs for Finance
  • Business continuity planning for global Finance team
  • Provide ad-hoc financial leadership and support for various company projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field, CPA preferred
  • Minimum of eight years of accounting experience, including at a major public accounting firm and experience with SOX testing and compliance
  • Extensive experience in ERP system evaluation and implementation preferably in Semiconductor industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent speaking in both Mandarin and English.
  • Solid attention to detail and excellent project management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines
