This Position reports to:

Operations Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of supplier assessments, drive both corrective and preventive actions based on supplier maturity and performance levels. Each day, you will manage operational supplier quality, both on-site and off-site, ensuring the thorough execution of supplier qualification and development processes. You will also showcase your expertise by managing the supplier's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • As supplier quality section leader, assure supplier delivery quality and sustainable;
  • Monitor supplier performance through effective data and digital approach; Set up mechanism of supplier nomination, development and phase out by collabration with SCM & P&F
  • Quality target driven supplier's quality management; Customized product documentation archiving and iterative updates
  • Quality management control of sub-suppliers

Qualifications For The Role

  • Bachelor degree or above, Engineering or related.

  • 5+ years of experience of quality/process engineer in relevant industry;


  • Experience of project management;
  • Robust quality knowledge and leadership
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Teamwork player and good communication skills. Indepent thinking & Self-motivation. Willing to change
