Work you'll do及时准确地处理付款流程并确保按时完成向供应商的完整付款流程:
不断寻找改进采购到付款(PTP)流程的方法,并协助完成流程改进计划
在PTP管理层的指导下履行所分配的PTP职能
遵守适用的政策、指南和法规
核心工作职责:
执行员工报销流程的日常运营,包括收单、报销单据审核,报销问题澄清、账务处理、归档的全流程运营
执行供应商应付账款流程的日常运营,包括供应商主数据维护、单据审核、问题澄清、账务处理、对账、归档的全流程运营
跟踪付款计划,提交付款申请,确保按时支付
完成所负责实体的月度结账工作,确保应付模块账务准确并编制各类应付账款报表
定期与供应商进行应付账款对账,处理差异并及时调整
根据内部审计与外部审计要求,通力协助审计工作
遵守标准操作程序(SOP)和其他合规要求
遵守公司财务政策、会计准则及税务法规,确保操作合规
识别问题或异常情况并及时高效解决
通过电子邮件或电话保持团队间的工作联络和沟通
参与集团系统迭代升级的测试与上线
完成经理分配的其他PTP相关工作
本科及以上学历,会计学、经济学、金融或相关领域专业学士学位
至少拥有2年PTP或应付账款会计工作经验
拥有跨国公司共享服务中心工作经验者优先
了解中国增值税(VAT)和预提税(WHT)的基本原理,有会计背景者优先
拥有良好的沟通能力和办公软件操作技能
具备基础的英语阅读和写作能力
具有团队合作精神,致力于灵活、高质量的流程、细节和结果产出
具备良好的学习能力,能够适应新流程、新概念和新技能的快速学习
