Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the whole contract management process including order intake, delivery and cash collection.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions division in China.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assess the project risks and ensure to follow up Global/Local Division risk management policy. Lead the relevant stakeholders to identify significant risks in a project and define mitigation actions
- Initiate risk review in GRR/LRR tool as risk management responsible to ensure getting the management decision before tendering
- Ensure order intake following Global/Local Division's policy accurately. Monitor and coordinate order design, production and shipment. Ensure on time delivery to the customer
- Prepare shipment documents or export license for Custom declaration. Support business target achievement including sales revenues, account receivable collection and inventory reduction etc..
Qualifications For The Role
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in international trade or contract management
- Good knowledge in contract terms and conditions, financial knowledge, international trade and custom rules would be preferred.
- SAP, MS office and BI will be plus.
- Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
- Excellent communication, cooperation and influencing skills when working with different customers.
- Ability to handle complexity and work under pressure
