Job Objective
This position is responsible for assisting the Finance Head to perform the full Finance function management and mainly focuses on financial planning & analysis, overseeing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, General accounting and month end closing, tax filing, direct billing, supporting year end statutory audits, internal audits and tax audits. preparing & maintaining data for related party transactions & transfer pricing audits.

Principal Responsibilities
Partnering across our Technology platforms and within Finance team, you will perform day to day operational and financial responsibilities of this portfolio and assisting Finance head to perform the GL management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Billing process, Taxation compliance and business partnering support, which include\:

• Performing month end close processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of our financial.

• Billing E2E process management.

• Involving in Tax filling review to ensure the tax compliance.

• Preparation of financial performance reports and insightful commentaries to track and drive business performance and enable strategic and operational decisions.

• Support the preparation of periodical Business Review with senior stakeholders.

• Ownership and accountability for timeliness, data accuracy and process adaptation as needed in delivery of various Regional Reporting data sets and reports to various stakeholders.

• Pro-active partnering role as a trusted financial advisor to the businesses to resolve strategic and operational challenges.

• Support the implementation of process changes and the change agenda within the Technology Finance team.

• Supporting year end statutory audits, internal audits and tax audits.

Education and Relevant Experience

• 8 ~ 12 years finance relevant experience and experience in banking technology finance is preferred.

• 3 ~ 5 years Finance management experience is preferred.

• Tax compliance experience covering CIT and VAT.

• CA/CPA/ACCA qualified is a plus.

• Familiar with Finance ERP system and system implementation experience is a plus.

• Solid business acumen with deep expertise in managing financial processes and controllership teams including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and project investment management/ prioritization.

• Operationally hands-on, with a strategic mindset.

• Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment with transformation at the centre.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and outstanding communication capabilities.

• Positive attitude towards embracing new challenges, performance and outcome oriented - consistently delivers high quality results

• Keen eye for detail, execute high quality, detailed and accurate analyses.

• Resilient personality with the tenacity to excel, able to work with tight timelines.

• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint.

• Modelling skills, good command of Tableau and Python is a plus.
