Responsibilities

  • Manage the Engineering Department activities, people management, workload and resources management
  • Ensure the engineering maturity and right level of competency for the daily operation and business development
  • Provide the support to the Sales and Bid Team for the pre-sales and bid support over the Asia Pacific region
  • Collaboration with different entities for capturing new opportunities and customers
  • Ensure the company Engineering process and practice are followed properly
  • Maintain the quality of works and be sure the engineering initiatives are well communicated and achieved
  • Lead the engineering team and commitment on the key activities
  • Support the design review and technical offer
  • Validate the cost estimation and the commercial offer

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or electronics engineering field
  • At least 10 years working experience in computer science, electronics or electrical area, At least 3 years engineering management experiences is required
  • Experience in System Development Life Cycle, System Integration, Validation and Verification
  • Experience in using Requirement Management and Engineering Tools such as DOORS, Polarion, TFS, JIRA, Shared Palma
  • Windows / Linux server, SQL server experience is required
  • Network configuration and administration
  • Fluent in English and capacity to write technical documentation in English
  • Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Flexible working hour and schedule (example: night or weekend)
  • Proven track record of leading project activities would be appreciated
  • Experience in C/C++, SQL DB scripts, Windows Batch, Unix Shell script is an advantage
  • Experience in electronic hardware development would is an advantage
  • Experience in the automatic fare collection system or banking industry (EMV, Open Loop payment, block chain solution) is preferred
