Requirements: 1.八年及以上汽车零部件行业一级供应商质量背景, 熟悉OEM客户要求及管理体系,具有VDA6.3以及IATF16949证书; Background of quality in auto industry, familiar with GM/Ford/VW customers specific requirements,VDA6.3 and IATF16949 are needed; 2.优秀的逻辑分析和系统问题解决能力,熟练运用质量工具带领团队解决问题; Excellent logical analysis and systematic problem resolving capability, lead cross function team to solve quality problems occurred in field market and 0km. 3.熟练运用各种质量和统计工具(FMEA, SPC, DOE, MSA, 5 WHY, FISHBONE, MINITAB, etc); Skilled on quality and statistic tools (FMEA, SPC, DOE, MSA, 5 WHY, FISHBONE, MINITAB, etc) ; 4.有强烈的责任感,并和客户保持良好互信合作的关系 Be strong accountability and keep good and trustable relationship with customer 5.优秀的快速响应能力、较强的沟通和领导能力; Excellent quick response capacity and strong communication and leadership ability as must request
