职位名称:MRO采购实习生(Maintenance, Repair & Operations Procurement Intern)
工作地点:天津
实习周期:3-6个月(全职)
工作内容:

• 协助处理MRO物料的采购流程,订单下达及跟踪验收,收货等信息
• 协助处理发票核对、付款申请等基础财务流程。
• 协助维护MRO供应商资源,整理供应商资质文件。
• 对各部门在明道系统中所提出的MRO需求进行确认,完善系统需求内容
• 整理采购合同、订单等文档,确保合规性。

任职要求:

• 本科或硕士在读,专业不限,供应链管理、物流、工商管理等相关专业优先。
• 熟练使用Excel(如VLOOKUP、数据透视表),熟悉ERP系统者加分。
• 良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识。
• 逻辑清晰,具备基础数据分析能力
• 责任心强,能适应快节奏工作
