Order Engineering Engineer

Job Description
You will work in service order fulfillment, handle and design service orders, connect with customers to meet different types of service order needs. It is a position with multi-skilled, and you will grow into an experienced person with potential. This position is not only passionate about new valves' order, but also responsible for service repair and upgrading order process development. Handle and connect with both Internal and external customers. The position is familiar with the valve operation process from supplier to customer, order management and fulfillment. This is a very important position with challenges and developments.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responsible for Oracle Database maintenance and update, strive to acquire 100% accurate BOM.
• Responsible for order engineering and entering system.
• Responsible for enhancing accuracy of BOM & minimizing process waste .
• Responsible for BOM released in Oracle.
• Responsible for material information and route corrections.
• Responsible for service manufacture process research, customer communication and order or contract inquiry and confirmation.
• Evaluating and choosing reasonable raw material and machine methods.
• Developing and implementing process control techniques and procedures into service environments.

• You are a link between factory and customer, you coordinate internal and external to provide quick, accurate and effective solutions to customer problems.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor or above Degree or equivalent experiences in mechanical, electrical and materials related subjects.
• Good English communication with English 4 level above.
• Good Engineering structure design knowledge.
• Good Office software, such as PPT, Access, and Excel.
• Fluent reading & writing skills in both English and Chinese.
• Good at communication skill, strong sense of Responsibility and collaboration spirits.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Computer proficiency with BOM experience, Oracle is preferred.
• 3 years working experience of design engineering, manufacture engineer and Industrial product structure design area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High learning mechanical and Science and Engineering understanding
• Enjoy innovation and challenge.
