主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

• As a member of parts logistics team, mainly responsible for logistics data processing and analysis brand parts.
• 1. Export, save , calculate using templates and send daily Conti orders.
• 1. Export ,save and calculate using templates daily BO order.
• 1. Fill in the KPI Daily with data from brand parts in the Tableau.
• Shell oil, Conti and other suppliers of business support.
• 1. Create a signature form and follow the payment process venders.
• Statistical analysis of parts inventory and boutique inventory data.
• 1.Component inventory analysis.
• 1. Analysis of boutique inventory.
• Create WAP reports.
• Contract signature collection and archive support.
• Daily auxiliary work, such as meeting rooms, picking up express delivery and printing documents, etc. 岗位要求/Required Qualification:
• Chinese native; excellent English language skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Python.
• Education: Logistics, automotive engineering and other related majors preferred.
