Starting in September 2026 at our Qingdao, site, as our Global Engineering Graduate, you'll have the power to participate in a structured rotational program that exposes you to various aspects of Engineering. You'll also engage in real-world engineering technology projects, collaborating closely with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams, you will be at the forefront of technological advancements, contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions, and drive innovation within the company and much more.

You can't thrive without being:

• A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or a current graduate on track to graduate in 2026 (e.g., Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Semi-Conductor Engineering, or a related field).
• Globally mobile as you will take part in a 6-month international placement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Authorised to work for any employer in China. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
