  • About the team The team is responsible for the IT user support and IT system of SCHURTER in APAC region.
  • The role The primary responsibility for this role is Ensure System Reliability, Optimize System Efficiency, Enhance Systems Security, IT User support with focus on Microsoft 365, Azure and Hyper-V.
  • What we're looking for SCHURTER is now looking for an APAC IT system engineer to join our office in Shenzhen, China. We07re looking for a self-motivated person with a positive, flexible and pragmatic mindset. You07re used to taking own initiatives and are always pushing for continuous improvements.   • Essential Roles & responsibilities:
  • User support: good user experience, Service Desk, comprehensive valid and up to date systems documentation.
  • Administration and management of Windows Server environments and Active Directory
  • Administration and optimization of Hyper-V
  • Administrate, operate and support local network infrastructure
  • Ensuring IT security by implementing security solutions (e.g. Azure AD, Conditional Access).
  • Support and troubleshooting technical problems. Troubleshooting, Support and documentation: Diagnose and resolve complex system and network issues.

Oversee and implement processes for comprehensive network documentation

  • Training and documentation requirements with focus on our "New IT Landscape" environment and related processes.
  • Working with customers to develop customized solutions in OT
  • Project Success: The successful implementation of IT project, changes, as well as systems upgrades within budget and timeline
  • Increased business agility, efficient and functional systems and process implementation Skills & experience
  • Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. -5+ years' experience in the field of IT system and user support.
  • Completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable training. -Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V -Experience in migrating and managing complex IT infrastructures -Knowledge of PowerShell and other automation tools. -Basic knowledge of local network and firewall infrastructure -Ability to work in a team and independently. -Good written and reading English, preferable for good verbal English communication skills; Cantonese would be a plus. -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. - Self-driven and reliable; juggle a multitude of tasks some with very short notice. Non-prestigious and humble person who understands that running a fast-growing/innovation company. -Good Communication capability and team spirit. -Accommodate occasional travel
