We are looking for a Kindergarten English Teacher for an international school in Beijing. This position is available with an immediate start.

About The School
The school offers a well-rounded education from kindergarten to high school, blending Chinese and Western approaches to foster globally minded students. Early years focus on curiosity and foundational learning, while primary and middle school emphasize academics, critical thinking, and creativity. High school provides rigorous programs, including IB, IGCSE, A-Level, and AP courses, preparing students for higher education. With over 70 expat teachers, the school offers a diverse, student-centered learning environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:
  • Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6, using Montessori or IB PYP methods as assigned by the school, and create an English learning environment
  • Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
  • Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
  • Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning
  • Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child's performance and progress on regular basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Education or related
  • CELTA, DELTA or licensed teachers with accredited credentials preferred
  • More than three years teaching experience is preferred
