We have built new opportunities for individuals to work on the most exciting new products introduced by Apple. We are seeking for individual with strong knowledge/skills. This position will reside in one of the manufacture site and works closely with the various engineering to support the needs for operational team.

The APO Global Sourcing and Supply Management (APO GSSM) Team plays a critical role in the overall success of the Apple fulfillment model. Acting as a key interface between Worldwide Materials, Engineering, Strategic Suppliers and Contract Manufactures.

Description

• Participate in developing business strategies for supplier optimization, commercial engagement and process enhancement.

• Automate internal data flows and enhance business processes.

• Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization.

• Contribute to demand and supply management activities in support of the weekly clear-to-build process.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to effectively and efficiently manage suppliers and projects.

Minimum Qualifications
Have a BS/BA degree in relevant field with record of high academic achievements; MS is a plus.
Effective written and spoken communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications
High ethics standard and work ethics with a high degree of flexibility.
Outstanding analytical capabilities; Professional Project Management experience is a plus.
Strong business analytical skills required.
Strong curiosity and learning skills.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic global environment.
Ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment; Strong communication and coordination skill with cross functional team.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel capabilities. Sophistication in Python is a plus.
Prior procurement, operation or material management background is helpful.
Able to travel frequently in China or Asia region in short notice.
