We are looking for an English ESL Teacher for a training center located in Guangzhou. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.

This training center offers ESL and English Literacy programs for students aged 2.514, using unique teaching methods in ESL, phonology, and literacy for English proficiency. About the role

The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and enjoy working with children, demonstrating enthusiasm for experiencing new cultures and a continuous learning mindset. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Teaching certificate required (B.Ed, TESOL/TEFL, CELTA/DELTA etc)
  • Native English speaker
  • Teaching experience preferred
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Willing to work with young learners from 2.5 years old and above

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly salary of 17,000 to 21,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Monthly housing allowance of RMB 2000 to 2500
  • Yearly salary increases of RMB 1000 up to a maximum salary of RMB 24, 000
  • Airport pick-up
  • End of contract performance bonus
  • Travel allowance up to RMB 6,500
  • Re-signing bonus of RMB 5000
  • 10 days paid annual leave plus all Chinese national holidays and an increase of 1 annual leave day per year of service
