We are looking for Assistant Events Planning Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Be responsible for formulating budgets for banquets and conferences, and supporting the effective implementation of these budgets;
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing banquets and conferences to ensure they proceed smoothly according to the pre-established plans;
  • In charge of coordinating and controlling all aspects of banquets and conferences, including venues, catering, audio, lighting, stage design, etc.;
  • Responsible for summarizing and reviewing after the event, collecting customer satisfaction feedback, and proposing suggestions for improvement;
  • Possess good communication skills and a team spirit, maintaining good communication and cooperation with various departments and external partners to ensure the smooth progress of events.
