Summary

  • Be responsible for the reception and management of the hotel's front office department, be familiar with the functions of the front office service facilities and ensure they are in good condition.
  • Conduct relevant market plan analysis, formulate departmental work plans and complete work reports.
  • Achieve a high occupancy rate for guest rooms and generate room revenue.
  • Supervise the heads of subordinate departments, assign tasks, clarify job responsibilities and adjust work arrangements at any time.
  • Maintain a good relationship with guests, enhance their stay experience and be capable of independently and effectively handling guest complaints.
  • Assist the director of rooms in handling emergencies.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above, with more than two years of working experience in the same position.
  • Be familiar with the operation and management of the front office, and have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work.
  • Supervise the service quality standards and operation process standards of the front office department associate and implement comprehensive supervision over all the work of the front office department.
  • Effectively implement, carry out and complete the monthly work plan formulated by the department.
  • Fluent in English conversations, with strong coordination management skills, possessing sales thinking, capabilities.
  • Fully master the professional knowledge and skills of the front desk, be capable of handling financial issues involved in daily service processes.
