Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration & Configuration:
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Configure Salesforce features like workflows, process builders, validation rules, custom objects, and fields.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce automation processes to improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Salesforce custom reports, dashboards to support business operations.
- Process Automation:
- Develop and manage custom objects, triggers, workflows, validation rules, and flows.
- Design and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Collaborate with product owners, admins, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write unit tests and perform debugging to ensure code quality and platform stability
- Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and deployment planning.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new technologies.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring they are equipped to leverage system features effectively.
- Document Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices for user reference.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices and provide recommendations for system improvements.
- Proactively suggest improvements to system configurations and workflows to enhance business productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce Platform.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Administration (e.g., creating reports and dashboards, user management, and understanding Salesforce functionalities).
- Proficient in developing custom applications on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
