RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analyze product specifications, part drawings and other engineering data to develop process flow chart, estimate work time for each step and prepare operation sheets.

2. ‌Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organization's standards of quality and cost.

3. ‌Analyze existing production processes to make welding and assembling working instructions and guides.

‌4. Make recommendations to improve working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs, and wastage; increase yields and productivity; improve quality and consistency of final products.

5.‌ Design and coordinate for fabrication of fixtures.

6. Lead and coordinate the projects of effective automated and non-automated systems

7. Facilitate the planning and implementation of workplace flow & layout, equipment installations, modifications, and moves according to Lean concepts.

8.‌ Other jobs assigned by the superior.

CRITICAL SHORT-TERM OBJECTIVES or CRITICAL ASPECTS OF ROLE NEXT 2-3 YEARS

1. Production process optimization and improvement.

2. Improve productivity and achieve cost savings.

OVERALL QUALIFICATIONS – Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

2. Minimum 3 years' experience of fixture and process engineering in mechanical manufacturing industry.

‌3. Have good communication and teamwork skills.

‌‌4. Proficient in using 2D and 3D design software, such as CAD, SW, CREO, etc.

5. Possess solid English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be capable of independently handling English technical information.
