Content & Marketing Manager (Native Chinese/ Based in Shanghai, China)

•Content Strategy & Planning: Develop the brand's overall content strategy in China, planning cross-platform content matrices (off-platform: Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Douyin; in-platform: Tmall) and communication calendars.
•Core Content Creation & Empowerment: Lead core creative concepts and content ideation for key campaigns (e.g., major promotions, new product launches), collaborating with the TP to produce and support core materials and copy that meet business needs while ensuring brand consistency.
•Influencer Marketing & Live Streaming Coordination: Responsible for KOL/KOC and streamer resource development and collaboration, guiding the TP or partners to adapt core brand creatives for influencer and live streaming scenarios.\
•Content Quality Oversight: Manage and review extended content produced by the TP (e.g., product detail pages, daily visuals/videos) to ensure compliance with brand standards and quality requirements.
•Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor content marketing ROI and continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.
- 3+ years of experience in brand content marketing or social media marketing.
- Deep familiarity with mainstream Chinese content platforms and trends, with strong content planning and original creative capabilities to produce high-quality content blueprints and core ideas.
- Extensive network and successful collaboration experience with influencers/streamers.
- Excellent content aesthetics and project management skills, capable of effectively guiding internal and external teams to execute content initiatives.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and spoken word
- Basic English communication skills required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills, able to efficiently collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Strong analytical and Proficiency in data management skills: MS-Excel (Professional Level), Outlook, Analytics Platform, Marketplace Back-end platform
