The position of "Architecture Technology Trend" is responsible for management strategic, technological, economic and innovation-oriented development of automotive Architecture, Base Tech., E/E Comp. both hardware & software area. This position shall have strong communication skills for Technology solution management, CEA Performance book, Architecture technology trend, CEA Evolution, etc.key task:1.Technology solution management for CEA projects, incl. CEA 1.X, 2.X, 3.X & future projects2.CEA performance book draft & maintenance, filtering core-know how, cooperating with architecture team for OEM JV version3.Architecture technogy trend scouting, incl. topology, network, power distribution, OTA, safety & security, OBD, chips, etc.4.CEA Evolution / next generation road map planning based on trend scouting results and in-house development capability 5.CEA Pre-development & feasibility check for next generation CEA6.Project coordination within development team, steering external resources7.Support for AI empowered development in data base build up8.Process establishment & optimization based on guidance of CEA process & standard.9.Risk management, evaluation & escalation in CEA Architecture, Base Tech., E/E Comp. scope.Qualification:1.Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electric & Electronic Engineering (e.g. Bachelor or Dipl.-Ing. degree)2.Long-standing experiences (> 5y) in Automotive electronic, architecture, E/E component development. Working experience in VW Group or related supplier / consulter is a plus.3.Skills: Creativity, Solution oriented, passion and appreciation of peopleProject management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring)Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in EE related areas, especially connectivity servicesGood team player and communication skillsBasic knowhow about vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and vehicle architecture is a plusBroad knowledge in finance, budget processGood business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory. German is a plus
