该职位来源于猎聘 We're looking for a Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounting (or above, based on experience) in TDK SensEI (Dongguan) Ltd. who thrives in a dynamic environment, rolls up their sleeves, and builds robust financial foundations from the ground up. This is a high-impact position for someone who can lead and execute with equal intensity. In the initial year(s), the (Senior) Manager will be solely responsible for all bookkeeping and accounting operations, and may work independently without direct team members. Responsibilities: Controllership & Bookkeeping

Own the full spectrum of accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, payroll, fixed assets, consolidation, and reconciliations
Drive accurate and timely closings—monthly, quarterly, and annually—with minimal supervision
Build and refine internal controls and accounting processes suited for a fast-moving startup
Implement scalable systems and workflows to support rapid growth and operational complexity Financial Reporting and Compliance
Prepare and deliver financial reports to Singapore HQ and Global HQ, aligned with IFRS and internal standards
Ensure full statutory compliance with PRC regulations, including China GAAP and local reporting requirements
Manage payroll tax, individual income tax (IIT), corporate income tax (CIT), and other local levies
Liaise directly with local tax bureaus and government agencies to ensure timely filings and issue resolution
Stay ahead of regulatory changes and proactively advise leadership on financial and tax implications.
Support external audits and tax reviews with hands-on preparation and documentation Strategic Finance & Business Support
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiencies and operational improvements
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks
Act as the key liaison between local operations and regional/global finance teams
Build strong relationships with government agencies, banks, and external service providers Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).
Minimum 6–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of PRC GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations Hands-on experience with payroll tax, IIT, CIT, and local compliance filings Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms)
Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and a bias for action
