Main Responsibility:

  • Responsible for process engineering team management, staff guidance and development, performance assessment, incentive, etc
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve complex production issues related to process, tooling and equipment
  • Identifying, lead, and champion continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the manufacturing leader for new products or localization projects, ensuring product realization with reasonable cost
  • Analyze production data, downtime reports, and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
  • Support R&D new products development
  • Support technical and manufacturing related training for all staff.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related, foreign company working experience is preferred
  • More than 5 years production & process management experience in machining industry
  • Familiar with machining process management and assembly process management
  • Experience in equipment management is preferred
  • Familiar with Lean, TPM, quality management tools
  • Good team work and team management skills
  • Good analytical, discernment and problem solving skills
  • High stress tolerance, good self - motivation and result oriented
  • Flexibility, has strategic thinking, openness to criticism and ideas
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Ability to assess risk and opportunity identification
