Reporting to Procurement Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of indirect/direct materials and PR/PO transaction.

About the job:
  • Procurement oversight for MRO/ direct materials at LF Suzhou in Asia.
  • PR/PO transaction for release and approve PR to PO process
  • RFQ/RFP/cost analysis/negotiate with suppliers and preparation related documents
  • Optimize supplier base and search new supplier in market
  • Cultivate relationships with qualified suppliers, conduct supplier assessments and audits.
  • Provide support to stakeholders, operational, and others internal teams in daily operations.
  • Drive continuous cost savings and improve DPO to meet company objectives.
  • Manage contracts, negotiate price and terms.
  • Generate monthly purchasing reports and conduct related analyses.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
About you:
  • Proficient negotiation and project management skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree, science and engineering background preferred
  • 2~3 years of experience in MRO or direct materials or related areas be better
  • Strong PC skills (e.g., MS office, data analysis tools); SAP experience preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of integrity, capable of working well under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Fluent in English
