该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: MaxLinear is seeking a Field Applications Engineer to join our team in China. This role will be responsible for customer Design Wins. With technical expertise, interpersonal and communication skills, the role will work with customers to increase MaxLinear's revenue.

  • Work with MaxLinear Sales, Marketing, AE team and BU to secure design wins at key customers and strengthen relationships between customer's engineers and MaxLinear
  • Work directly with key customer engineers to: o Promote Maxlinear products including but not limited HSI PAM4 DSP/Driver/TIA o Review product specifications, application circuit requirements, guide customer for driver integration and performance improvement o Provide lab and onsite support and debugging to solve customer technical issues. o

Gather and summarize customer technical requirement for industry trend analysis and technical discussion

  • Find competitor information from customers and the market to support Sales and Marketing
  • Support MaxLinear product development: o Test hardware and software releases in advance of shipment to customers o Write documentation to support reference designs and development kits o Write customer support documents including, application notes and FAQs o Work with customers and the internal Quality team to identify, debug and troubleshoot product quality issues o Strong self-learning ability and solving field issues under high pressure Technical responsibility:
  • 3+ yeas Optical Module development experience.
  • Ability to debug SW issue independently, familiar with SPI/ICC Protocol.
  • Strong knowledge in fiber communication system is preferred.
  • Experience with using different switch, NIC card is preferred.
  • Experience in PAM4 DSP/ CDR etc. fiber module building is a plus
  • Familiar with Python is a plus
