QC Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced QC Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

We have recently expanded into China and this hire will be our second team member in-country, working closely with the Operations Manager, China to help establish and grow the region an exceptional ground-floor opportunity.

The role will be based in Xi'an; however, it will initially be remote as we do not yet have a physical office in the region.

This position will also require close collaboration with our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to ensure alignment on processes and client delivery.

The successful candidate will be expected to travel to Kuala Lumpur for initial training and periodic team integration visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client requests for QA/QC, engineering, and project support personnel.
• Source and prepare candidates for client interviews, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Liaise with clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle – from proposal to placement.
• Provide successful candidates with assignment details, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Support Fulkrum personnel with contractual guidance and task documentation.
• Review and submit site reports, handle client feedback, and manage performance issues.
• Conduct regular care calls to maintain strong Fulkrum/candidate relationships.
• Negotiate placements with commercial awareness and professionalism.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain client satisfaction by meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure secure storage and retrieval of inspection reports and certificates.
• Participate in audits and contribute to process improvements.
• Uphold impartiality and compliance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and industry standards.
