Manager - Pricing

Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies, build financial models, prepare proposal and reporting presentation for various types of aircraft transactions including lease pricing, portfolio trade, structured finance project, project loan, JV setup etc.;
- Co-ordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure transaction progresses as planned;
- Assist in planning, structuring and execution for projects and transactions; and
- Perform ad hoc duties or business travel as assigned by company.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Aviation, Finance, Accounting or related discipline; preferably with relevant postgraduate/ professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA;
- At least 5 years' relevant industrial experience in business analysis, corporate planning, and/or consulting; Aviation / technical background preferable.
- Previous exposure in multi-jurisdiction transaction is desirable;
- Good business acumen, proactive, result oriented, organized, able to work under a dynamic environment with solid proficiency in business analytical skills;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin a must, Cantonese a plus); and
- Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
