Role Overview

As the core leader for process optimization and digital transformation, this role focuses on the operational scenarios of a global brand expansion. You will integrate the characteristics of international operations and take the lead in building an efficient, collaborative process framework and digital capabilities that support factories, overseas teams, and R&D digitalization. Through process re-engineering and technology enablement, you will break cross-departmental and cross-regional efficiency bottlenecks, providing a strong foundation for global business expansion and the enhancement of the company's core competitiveness.

You will lead end-to-end process optimization across the entire business value chain, identify coordination pain points, and design a company-wide process optimization strategy and implementation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the redesign and standardization of core business processes, forming scalable and repeatable process frameworks.
  • Establish full lifecycle process management mechanisms, including process release, training, execution monitoring, performance evaluation, and continuous iteration; promote process awareness across departments to ensure effective implementation.
  • Develop the digital transformation strategy based on the company's global expansion needs, defining IT architecture, data systems, and business system development goals to drive deep integration of digital technologies with business operations.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and iteration of core digital systems—including but not limited to IPMS, ERP, PLM, CRM, SCM, e-commerce systems, and data analytics platforms—ensuring data interoperability and collaborative efficiency.
  • Build a unified corporate data architecture, establish data standards, and eliminate data silos across systems to achieve data asset management.
  • Develop analytical models based on business requirements to support product decisions, supply chain optimization, overseas market expansion, and sales strategy adjustments.
  • Lead key process optimization and digital transformation projects, including project initiation, planning, resource allocation, and progress control; define clear objectives and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams across R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and overseas subsidiaries; establish effective collaboration mechanisms and overcome resistance to ensure consensus and execution.
  • Conduct project performance evaluations, quantify efficiency gains, cost reductions, and customer experience improvements, and deliver project review reports to support future initiatives.
  • Build and manage the process and digital transformation team; define roles and career development paths, and enhance team capabilities in process analysis, system implementation, and data analytics through recruitment, training, and incentives.
  • Promote a digital-first culture by organizing training on digital tools and process standards, cultivating a company-wide mindset of "data-driven decision making and process-based operations."
  • Incorporate compliance requirements for the EU/US markets (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and regulatory standards of the smart-hardware industry into process design and digital development.
  • Establish and maintain digital system security mechanisms to prevent data breaches and system failures, ensuring the security of core business data and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above; fluent in English as a working language.
  • 10+ years of experience in process optimization or digital transformation, with 5+ years in a similar leadership role. Experience in smart hardware, consumer electronics, or manufacturing companies with overseas operations is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of global operations and hands-on experience leading cross-departmental and cross-regional transformation projects.
  • Willing to travel overseas based on business needs (Europe, North America, Vietnam, etc.).

Required Skills

  • Mastery of BPR, BPM methodologies and tools; proven experience optimizing end-to-end business processes with measurable improvements exceeding 30% efficiency gains.
  • Deep understanding of smart hardware industry business models; proficient in implementing and operating ERP, IPD, PLM, CRM, SCM, and other core business systems.
  • Demonstrated success in building digital systems from 0 to 1 and delivering scalable digital solutions.
  • Strong data mindset; proficient in data standardization, governance, and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
  • Capable of identifying business issues and proposing solutions through data mining.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Experienced in managing large-scale, complex projects, integrating resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery.

Core Competencies

  • Leadership:
Ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performance teams.
  • Communication & Coordination:
Exceptional cross-department and cross-regional communication and negotiation skills, capable of resolving conflicts and driving alignment.
  • Strategic Thinking:
Able to align process optimization and digital transformation with overall business strategy.
