Your new role

As one of members under FP&A team to assist the manager in business planning, performance analysis and insights to drive the revenue for Consumer Business in alignment with its business direction and market trend, including but not limited to:

  • Assist in reviewing the viability of business proposals submitted by Marketing and Sales by conducting financial and database analysis and providing insightful commentary and recommendations
  • Track and monitor business performance after program launches
  • Assist in preparing regular performance reviews, analyzing trends, and highlighting key findings.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to enhance program performance based on observations and data analysis
  • Provide actionable feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual operation plan
  • Assist in cascading company targets to the sales team and support the development of sales targets by channel

To succeed in this role

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in business performance analysis preferred. Experience in MNC, IT or telecommunication industry is an advantage
  • Familiar system / data analytics tools e.g. SAP/ Tableau/ Quiksilver is an advantage
  • Strong business sense with a data-driven mindset
  • Presentable and analytical with good communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to analyze the data and prepare presentation to the Management
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager
