You will be part of Vindelici Management Consulting Shanghai, fully integrated into the Vindelici Group. We work closely across borders, combining global perspectives with local expertise to deliver outstanding results for our clients. As a (Junior) Consultant Strategy & Management, you will actively shape the future of our clients and our company by taking on diverse and challenging responsibilities:

Drive Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that enable growth, innovation, and transformation across industries.Lead Organizational Change: Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help design structures that foster efficiency and agility.Deliver Transformation Projects: Support and coordinate projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and measurable outcomes.Innovate for the Future: Explore new business models, leverage emerging technologies, and contribute to internationalization strategies that create long-term value.Collaborate and Build Relationships: Work closely with clients and internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring seamless communication and delivery.

Academic Background: You hold an excellent academic degree with a business or technical focus—however, if you are enthusiastic about our topics, other fields are welcome. Language: You are fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and German, enabling you to work confidently with our local team in Shanghai as well as our international colleagues and clients. Hybrid: You live in Shanghai and work primarily on-site in our Shanghai office. Depending on project needs, you will also work directly at client locations and, where suitable, remotely.
