该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities 1、Business Partnering: Build strong partnerships with local teams and proactively support stakeholders in various LoB's (Retail, Digital, WHS, B2B) to drive achievement of their objectives. 2、Consumer insights: Master the (online) store sales & KPI's, the impact of the commercial calendar, and clear visibility on the expansion plan and performance.

3、Commercial strategy: Proactively deliver business analyses on performance and link financial insights to our business strategies and operational execution.

4、Performance Management of the different Lines of Business: Generate actionable insights to optimize performance across the different channels, tailored to the unique dynamics of the local market. 5、Planning & Control cycle: Managing the Planning & Control process, from accurate forecasting and budgeting to clear, insightful reporting and performance analysis.

6、Ad Hoc Financial Support: Conduct analysis on a variety of topics - ranging from market-specific financial deep-dives to performance trends and ad hoc business cases. Besides, work on improvements for reporting, analytics and processes. Requirements: 1、Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 2、Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) 3、8-10 years of experience in (Business) Control, FP&A or financial analysis. 4、Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and consulting skills.

5、A hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams 6、Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally in Retail, FMCG or e-commerce as you will be concerned with store planning, targeting and footprint expansion.
