Major Tasks:

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the PC Film Application Development team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management to support profitable growth of Specialty Films APAC

APAC Regional Management: Serve as the primary caretaker for ID applications across APAC markets (excluding China)

Innovation Leadership: Spearhead the implementation of Bamboo 2.0, leveraging AI technologies to enhance application development processes

Technology Advancement: Drive adjacent technology initiatives with AI integration to expand product capabilities and market opportunities

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams including CO,R&D, Production, Marketing, and RPPS

AD Excellence: Develop the framework, processes, and tools for Application Development team in daily operation, supporting "innovation excellence" within P&AD APAC.

IP management: Be responsible for creating a unique position and protected by via IP generation.

ilm related segments: ID, Mobility and Consumer & Industrial Solutions.

• Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Polymer Chemistry or related disciplines
• Ideally 10 years' Polycarbonate industry working experience in technical function
• Proven tracking record in plastics films processing, particularly in PC films or vertical industries (i.e. ID, Mobility, CIS) will be a plus
• Strategic & creative innovation mindset is a must
• Good language skill in English
• Great communication and interpersonal skill to facilitate cross-function & cross-region interactions
• Willing to travel frequently
