Job Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment management for the company's overseas regions (e.g., Asia-Pacific, Europe-America, Middle East, Latin America), deeply aligning with overseas business units' talent needs, establishing and optimizing overseas recruitment systems, expanding the global talent network, and providing efficient talent supply and team-building support for the company's overseas business expansion.
- Recruitment Channel Development and Maintenance:
Systematically expand recruitment channels across overseas regions, including cooperation with overseas headhunters, operation of international recruitment platforms, and building connections with industry associations/community resources. - Precise Job Posting:
Adapt job postings to the recruitment compliance requirements (e.g., labor laws, data privacy regulations) and job-seeking habits of different overseas countries/regions. Monitor and optimize job exposure and application effectiveness. - End-to-End Recruitment Coordination:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations, ensuring recruitment progress and candidate experience. - Proactive Talent Sourcing:
Utilize overseas recruitment tools and professional networks to actively search for ICT talent, provide precise resume recommendations, and establish an overseas talent pool.
Qualifications
- Education and Major:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, International Business, English, or related fields. - Work Experience:
5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in overseas recruitment (ICT industry background preferred). - Language Skills:
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of using English as a working language for cross-regional recruitment (e.g., conducting English interviews, writing English job materials, business communication). - Tools and Resource Management:
Proficient in mainstream overseas recruitment tools, with the ability to develop and maintain recruitment resources such as overseas headhunters and industry communities.
