international finance talent programme

At Novo Nordisk, we're seeking aspiring finance professionals for our international finance talent program, designed to cultivate the next generation of finance leaders and specialists.

Your new role
This graduate position is targeted at candidates from China or those who wish to start their careers in China and hold full Chinese citizenship.

with tools for personal and career growth while pushing you to grow beyond your limits and discover your full potential.

What you will experience:

• Dynamic Rotations: Undertake three exciting and challenging international rotations of eight months each, starting in your home country, and which will include regional office/business area, affiliate and/or HQ, Denmark, or International Operations Strategic Operations, Zurich..
• Final rotation including 4 months within our field sales force.
• Real-World Challenges: Gain hands-on experience with business challenges and risks in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strategic partnerships: Develop a strong financial understanding to make an impact on our business.
• International Career Opportunities: Build the competencies required to become a future finance leader or specialist at Novo Nordisk.

Your graduate track
As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. Covering 194 countries and 95% of the world's population, more than 18,000 of us work passionately to serve 35 million patients each day. In Finance we transform numbers into actionable insights, act as partners to the line of business (e.g., sales and marketing), and create a solid platform for the company's future success. From financial management and controlling to ensuring compliance and handling risks proactively, our activities are diverse and impactful.

During the programme, you'll work with senior leaders, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow's key people in finance at Novo Nordisk. As part of the Graduate Programme, you'll also join the Novo Nordisk graduate community—a vibrant group of ambitious talents from around the globe.

Your Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we seek candidates who fulfil the following criteria:

• A master's degree obtained in 2025 or 2026, demonstrating above-average academic achievements in one or more of the following fields: finance, economics, accounting, business administration or management accounting.
• International experience from studying abroad, or through work or volunteering opportunities.
• Relevant work experience of no more than one year of full-time work after completing a master's degree.
• Professional fluency in English and willingness to relocate globally.
• You must be a Chinese national or hold full Chinese citizenship

Additionally, you should possess a team-player attitude, demonstrate excellent communication skills, exhibit a strong drive, and a genuine eagerness to learn, all complemented by an international mindset.
