岗位要求:按照需要执行某个产品线的任意工位的装配任务,包括装配、测试、诊断、返工、维修生产线上的产品。 具有卓越的安全意识:严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定,严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。积极参与发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险,积极提交持续改进建议。 执行装配任务:按照作业指导书和装配图纸的要求进行产品零部件的装配工作,确保装配质量符合标准。严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定,避免质量缺陷的发生。严格按照计划实施生产、努力提高工作效率。 设备和工具使用:正确使用装配工具和设备,定期进行维护和保养,如发现设备故障及时报告。 质量检查:对自己装配的产品进行自检,及时发现并纠正装配过程中的质量问题,如零件安装错误,装配间隙不符合要求等。积极配合质量管理人员分析发生质量问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施,避免类似问题再次发生。 现场整理:保持工作区域的整洁,及时清理废料和垃圾,将工具和零部件摆放整齐,按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作。 其他要求:积极关注成本节约,努力消除工作中的各项浪费。严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作。当因原材料、设备及质量等原因导致生产中断时应及时报告生产主管或领班,以便尽快恢复生产或安排其他生产任务。
Job Requirement:Perform any work station of certain product assembly line per necessary, the task including assembling, testing, diagnosing, reworking, repairing on the product of the line. Safety First: Wears the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) of his position properly. Strictly follow all safety policy to avoid any injury. Actively participate in finding issues and risks during production, and submit them by CI (Continue Improvement) cards actively. Perform assembly tasks: Assemble product components in accordance with the requirement of the operation. Performs Standard Work Sheet and all other quality management policy and guideline to avoid quality issue. Perform production per schedule completely, and continuously improve efficiency. Equipment and tool usage: Use assembly tools and equipment correctly, carry out regular maintenance and upkeep, and report the equipment malfunction promptly. Quality Inspection: Conduct self-inspection on the products assembled by oneself. Promptly identify and correct quality issues during the assembly process. Such as incorrect installation of parts and assembly clearances not meeting requirements etc.
Actively works with related people to analyze the root cause of quality issue and take the action per requirement to avoid similar issues happening again.
On-site organization: Keep the work area clean and tidy, promptly clear away waste materials and garbage, neatly arranged tools and components, Perform 5S and TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) per requirement. Timely report to the operation supervisor or team lead when the production shut down because of material, equipment and quality issues, in order to recover to production ASAP or change the schedule.
