Job Description

工作职:

遵守和执行公司的各项规章制度;负责按照产品质量体系运行标准对产品质量过程控制,确保产品质量安全;负责质量投诉处理;负责设备的维护工作;负责对不合格的监督处理工作;负责做好实验室卫生、生产设备卫生和安全操作的检查指导工作;负责品控报表的正确填写以及记录的档案管理。

职位要求

岗位职责:

严重遵守和执行工厂环境,健康,安全程序和食品安全程序;

遵守实验室的GLP体系管理要求,执行体系的各项程序规定;

严格执行化学品的相关规定,确保化验室的安全;

对原材料、半成品、出厂产品进行检验,并及时出具检验结果;

对不合格品进行分析检验,监督不合格品的处理过程及及时处理客户投诉;

对生产过程中的质量进行监控和检验分析,定期汇报相关部门,如出现异常情况,及时汇报领导和相关部门;

做好仪器设备的维护和保养工作;

做好制程质量记录,对通过检验获得的信息和数据进行分析和处理,定期对质量记录进行统计、整理、归档;

每月对成品检验档案资料进行分类整理、统计、登记造册;

完成领导交办的其他任务和工作。

Qualifications

岗位要求:

       大专以上学历或食品相关专业应届生;一年以上食品/饲料/化工相关行业检验经验优先考虑;

1.    具有食品检验、化学检验等相关专业知识;

2.    掌握产品检验程序制定技巧;

3.    掌握各种品质检验手法和技巧,对原辅料、过程、出货等检验具有很好的控制能力。

4.    熟悉国家质量管理化学品检验等方面的法律、法规及规定;

5.    熟悉油脂生产工艺流程、产品合格验收标准优先;

6.    熟悉实验室GLP/CNAS 17025 优先考虑

具有初级及以上食品或饲料检验资格证书优先。
