Responsibilities

    Provide technical support and service on the applications of SW's products for customer.

    Provide technical explanations for product, application, inspection, coating knowledge and problem for customer.

    为客户提供关于产品、施工、检查、涂料知识和问题的技术解答。

    Complete and submit technical service reports timely based on daily activities.

       Assist sales team to carry out necessary mock-ups, application guidance and compliant handling on site.
      协助销售团队在现场进行必要的样板制作、施工指导和投诉处理。

    Follow SW's policies and the arrangements of superiors, perform high professionalism in the technical services, and protect SW's interests.

Qualifications

  •  More than 5 years of field working experience in the coating industry. 涂料行业五年以上现场工作经验。
  • Grasp the comprehensive use of international standards, strong word processing capabilities. Assist the superiors to prepare the application procedures. 掌握国际标准的综合运用,较强的文字处理能力,协助上级编写项目的施工工艺。

  • Those with a good level of English are given priority.
