Accounting Manager

Responsibility
As an Accounting Manager, you will:
- Lead accounting team to perform month, quarter and year-end closing in compliance with IFRS and CAS;
- Implementing corporate accounting policies and procedures;
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and account analysis;
- Participate in the preparation and process of the annual audit, tax filing;
- Liaise and coordinate our banking relationships and activity; Liaise and coordinate our tax activities and relationship;
- Play an integral role in the continued development, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the company's financial accounting systems;
- Manage the AP, AR, FA, GL. Prepare all financial statements (P&L, B/S, Cash flow);
- Responsible for calculation and filing of sales and income tax for various tax authorities;
- Coach and develop accounting team;
- Work on multiple complex projects owning the process from start to finish with a high degree of autonomy.
Competency
- A university degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting; CPA preferred;
- 10 years accounting experience; Public Accounting experience preferred;
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and CAS including experience in the preparation of financial statements;
- Exposure to SAP and HFM accounting systems a plus;
- A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and a good team leader;
- Excellent communication, written, and oral skills. Good command of English both oral and written;
- Must show accountability, be a team player and operate with a sense of urgency;
- Able to travel between Suzhou, Beijing and Wuxi on monthly basis;
