主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

Technical key words:

  • Algorithm Deployment‌:
    • Deploy and optimize autonomous driving algorithms (e.g., perception, SLAM, path planning, E2E model, LLMs, etc.) on embedded systems and edge devices.
    • Deploy and optimize autonomous driving algorithms in simulation environment
    • Ensure real-time performance, low latency, and high reliability across heterogeneous hardware architectures.
    • Profile and optimize software execution, memory usage, and power efficiency.
  • Toolchain Maintenance and Coordination:
    • Build and maintain deployment toolchains (e.g., containerization, CI/CD pipelines) for scalable software updates.
    • Automate testing and validation workflows to ensure efficiency.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

  • Education: This position requires a Master/ Bachelor degree in electrical, computer science or other respective fields.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in production-level optimization and deployment of deep learning models; experience in the autonomous driving industry is preferred.
  • Special Skills:
    • Proficiency in C++/Python for algorithm deployment and optimization.
    • Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded Linux and latency optimization techniques
    • Knowledge of parallel computing frameworks for cross-platform acceleration.
    • Experience in model quantization and deployment for low-power devices, especially optimization cases for autonomous driving scenarios.
    • Understanding of multicore processors, GPUs, and specialized accelerators for autonomous computing.
    • In-depth understanding of neural network architectures related to computer vision and autonomous driving.
    • Familiarity with the usage and optimization of NVIDIA and Horizon toolchain.
