工作职责/
Major Accountabilities
:

  • 根据电子(子)系统设计方案,对电子组件进行详细设计,包括原理图设计及PCB Layout; Perform detailed design of PCBA based on electronic (sub)system design plans, including schematic design and PCB layout.
  • 辅导其他电子工程师完成电子组件详细设计; Guide other electronic engineers to complete detailed designs of PCBA.
  • 承担或者协助测试工程师对电子产品进行设计验证,解决验证过程中出现的问题; Conduct or assist test engineers in design verification of electronic products and address issues during the validation process.
  • 保证电子产品EMC测试和安规测试的顺利进行; Ensure successful EMC testing and regulatory compliance testing for electronic products.
  • 承担PCBA生产夹具的设计及验证工作; Design and validate PCBA production Functional Circuit Test fixtures.
  • 产品量产的支持工作:新产品导入、已量产产品器件EOL的处理等; Support product mass production, including the introduction of new products and addressing EOL (End of Life) for components in mass-produced products.
  • 对产品客诉问题进行分析,提出针对措施; Analyze customer complaints regarding products and propose corrective actions.
  • 进行电子系统成本评估和量产后的成本优化; Evaluate the cost of electronic systems and optimize production costs after mass production.

工作要求/Work Requirements

  • 电子工程、电气工程或相关教育背景的本科及以上学历,3年以上电子电路设计的工作经验。

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field,At least 3 years of experience in electronic circuit design.

  • 熟悉产品与技术研发流程,了解产品开发质量体系和医疗器械法规;

Familiarity with product and technology R&D processes and understanding of product development quality systems and medical device regulations.

  • 熟悉高速电路设计、模拟电路设计;

Proficiency in high-speed circuit design and analog circuit design.

  • 参与解决过产品的EMC测试以及安规测试;

Experience in resolving EMC and regulatory compliance testing issues.

  • 具有一定的分析和解决问题的能力;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
