Technical Support Manager

*The Impact You'll Make*
As the Technical Support Manager, you will lead the technical enablement of sales activities across Greater China, ensuring optimal product selection and seamless client onboarding. You will act as the critical bridge between China-based clients and the global product team, translating regional market needs into actionable product improvements. This role combines technical expertise, customer-centric problem-solving, and strategic cross-functional collaboration to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

*What You'll Be Doing
Technical Sales Support & Solution Design*
Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements, conduct technical needs assessments, and recommend tailored product configurations to meet operational goals.

Validate technical feasibility of solutions during pre-sales engagements, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.

Develop and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for key accounts.

Customer Requirements Review & Validation
Lead technical audits of client specifications, compliance documents, and project scopes to mitigate implementation risks.

Oversee post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating with engineering teams, and ensuring resolution within SLAs.

China Market Demand Integration
Aggregate and analyze customer feedback, technical challenges, and market trends specific to China.

Formalize and prioritize product enhancement requests for submission to the Global Product Management team, advocating for China-specific features.

Facilitate knowledge transfer between regional stakeholders (Sales, Engineering) and global product leaders.

Process Optimization
Refine support workflows (e.g., escalation paths, documentation standards) to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics.

*What We're Looking For*

• 5+ years working experience.
• Experience on the heat exchanger product is a must. Especially the HVAC & industry application.
• Same position in the competition company is preferred.
• Business mindset, able to handle the pressure during the daily work.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering field, master degree will be a plus.
• Experience in project management will be a plus.
• Influential Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (clients, sales teams) and global product leaders.
• Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Experience working with international teams; fluency Mandarin is mandatory and English a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Agile in diagnosing complex issues and driving solutions under tight deadlines.
