*Qualification, Experience and Skills:*
has enough insights into hands-on experience with AI at least on the cloud side and even better if its in automotive.

• They have enough knowledge about language systems and working knowledge of LLMs
• Hands-on experience is a must, only 50% of them had any Hands-on experience
• Ability to be aware of the current and developing technology
• Good communication skills on Chinese and English
• Work with global teams with the motto of Customer First, we learn from China and iterate fast
