工作职责
● You are expected to practice evidence based medicine;

● You are to examines, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic diseases and injuries within the scope of Family Medicine in an outpatient setting (hospital and community clinics);

● You may perform minor surgical procedures depending on your clinical privileges determined by the hospital Medical Advisory Board;

● You are to serve as a FM physician working with specialist colleagues to provide the best care possible;

● You may be granted additional privileges based on documented proficiency

● You are expected to follow the UFH's commitment to educate the next generation of medical professionals, you will be responsible, as part of the ongoing duties, for mentoring, precepting, teaching and supervising UFH fellows or other relevant trainees.

● Additional job responsibilities as assigned by supervisor, department chair or CMO.

● Will agree to serve on at least one hospital/clinic committee.

● Work on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other physicians and Department Chairperson.

● Exemplifies highest levels of professionalism and medical ethics in every aspect your work and relationships.

任职要求

•Board certified;

•Minimum of 5 years of FM practice post Board certification;

•Fluency in English required, fluency in Chinese an advantage;

•SHU is a part of the UFH FM fellowship faculty. Teaching and supervising FM fellows is a part of the job requirement.
