旅行内容本地化:协助本地化各类旅行相关的内容,协助翻译相关内容。
社媒平台运营与社区互动:协助运营携程在各大市场的官方账号(如 TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube等)。监测并记录用户在社媒平台的反馈,提炼关于产品、服务和目的地的有效信息,及时反馈。
市场洞察与趋势追踪:跟踪目标市场的旅行热点和社媒平台上的病毒式挑战,为内容策划提供灵感。协助收集和分析内容表现数据,共同复盘内容效果,探索"爆款"内容的密码。

1.日语/韩语/泰语/印尼语/马来语/俄语 中至少一门达到流利或精通水平。
2.旅行与文化爱好者: 对旅行抱有极大热情,对印尼、泰国、韩国、日本、马来西亚、俄罗斯中至少一个国家的文化、社会风情、流行趋势有深入了解。
3.深度使用并熟悉至少一个主流海外社交平台(如 TikTok, Instagram, YouTube),对什么内容能"火"有天然的嗅觉。
4.个人素质: 具备出色的学习能力、责任心、沟通能力和团队协作精神。
5.会使用基础的内容创作工具,如 Canva、CapCut、Photoshop 等。
Main job responsibilities
Localization of travel content: Assist in localizing various travel related content and assist in translating related content.
Social media platform operation and community interaction: Assist in operating Ctrip's official accounts in various markets (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.). Monitor and record user feedback on social media platforms, extract effective information about products, services, and destinations, and provide timely feedback.
Market insights and trend tracking: Track travel hotspots in target markets and viral challenges on social media platforms to provide inspiration for content planning. Assist in collecting and analyzing content performance data, jointly reviewing content effectiveness, and exploring the password for "popular" content.

Fluent or proficient in at least one of Japanese/Korean/Thai/Indonesian/Malay/Russian.
Travel and culture enthusiasts: Have a great passion for travel and have a deep understanding of the culture, social customs, and trends of at least one country from Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, and Russia.
Deeply use and familiarize oneself with at least one mainstream overseas social platform (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and have a natural sense of what content can be "popular".
Personal qualities: Excellent learning ability, sense of responsibility, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
Able to use basic content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.
