We are seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant – Agentic Complexity Engineering and Evaluation to lead and execute complex, high-impact projects in the GenAI domain.

This consulting engagement offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading AI labs and global technology organizations, driving the next generation of Frontier LLM performance and capability.

As a Senior Consultant, you will independently manage projects, work closely with internal delivery and client-facing teams, and directly contribute to enhancing data annotation, evaluation processes, and workforce efficiency across AI delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership: Lead and deliver large-scale GenAI and LLM-related projects for global clients, ensuring consistency, quality, and on-time execution.

  • Expert Workforce Management: Design and oversee deployment strategies for high-skill experts (e.g., Masters, PhDs, domain SMEs) across AI data and evaluation projects.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engagement managers, data scientists, prompt engineers, and delivery teams to optimize project delivery and outcomes.

  • Client Engagement: Participate in regular customer discussions, provide project updates, and proactively adapt to evolving client requirements.

  • Operational Reporting: Communicate project status, milestones, and escalations to internal leadership and client stakeholders.

  • Process Innovation: Identify and drive workflow automation opportunities to enhance task generation, annotation accuracy, and evaluation efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in an operational or consulting role, such as Strategy & Operations, Product Management, or AI project delivery.
  • Proven expertise in managing or coordinating complex, cross-functional projects with global or remote teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in data-driven or AI environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing GenAI data annotation, evaluation, or prompt engineering projects.
  • Understanding of human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows and annotation tools.
  • Familiarity with data labeling quality management, AI red-teaming, or LLM evaluation frameworks.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Engagement Model

This is a consulting engagement, not a full-time employment position.

The consultant will operate as an independent professional, collaborating closely with internal teams and client representatives under defined project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
