职位目标:

       负责管理和指导门店销售代表,在公司政策和要求下推动销售业绩的增长与客户满意度的提升。主要目标是确保门店销售目标的达成,并优化门店运营效率。

主要工作职责:

实现销售目标: 确保门店完成设定的销售额,通过有效的团队管理和市场策略提高销售业绩。 培训与指导:
维护客户关系:
实施销售策略:
市场反馈收集:
跨部门协作:
编制报告:

准备并提交门店销售报告,定期向地区销售经理汇报销售进展、市场动态及问题解决方案,以支持决策。

任职条件:

  • 专科及以上学历
  • 3年以上零售或销售管理经验,有门店管理经验者优先
  • 良好的销售策略制定能力和团队管理经验
  • 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
  • 良好的逻辑思维和分析能力
  • 良好的英语听说读写能力
  • 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件
