YOUR TASKS

• 1.Advise
  and manage suppliers of the respective materials group systematically with
  regard to Quality performance and further develop the suppliers together with
  the Competence Leader Material Group Management in Purchasing and support the
  implementation of the necessary quality requirements at suppliers.
• 2.Evaluate
  the quality capabilities of suppliers within the context of selecting suppliers
  on the basis of Hella requirements and release new suppliers, new locations and
  new processes in consultation with superiors and involved entities.
• 3.Support
  the Hella design & development department in case of material group
  specific requirements. Identify potential improvements or risks at suppliers
  using the material group knowhow and drive implementation together with the
  supplier including controlling of the implemented measures.
• 4.Plan,
  coordinate and conduct the process audits in accordance with current standards
  and track the suppliers audit action plan in agreement with the supervisor.
• 5.Support
  Supplier Quality Assurance Time to Market (SQA-TtM) in the Advanced Product
  Quality Planning (APQP) phase for new technologies, supplier, processes in the
  project teams and at EMS(PCBA) suppliers.
• 6.Support
  Supplier Quality Assurance Order to Delivery (SQA-OtD) in the Start of
  Production (SOP) phase for root cause analysis, verify action plan at
  suppliers.
• 7.Support
  Hella plants to optimize the procedure, reduce waste, drive the Lean Workshop
  at suppliers.
• 8.Participate
  in introduction and conduction of the supplier development programs to
  continuously improve the quality performance of suppliers and furthermore
  document progress and demonstrate the quality improvements at internal
  management meetings.
• 9.Coach and manage escalated suppliers in his material
  group in accordance with the Hella escalation procedure and in agreement with
  the supervisor.
• 10.Involvement
  and support in major complaints, Quality problems caused by suppliers.
  
• 11.Create, develop and introduce processes and tools to improve
• 12.Supplier
  Quality Assurance processes and furthermore create training documents for
  material group specific topics and train relevant Hella Departments.
• 13.Involvement
  in the annual supplier evaluation and quality target agreements with suppliers
• 14.Support
  the evaluating of feasibility studies for critical components.
• 15.Collaboration
  with others to fostering the improvement.  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 1.More
  than 3 years in semiconductor industry is preferred.
• 2.More
  than 3 years with SQA in auto electronic industry and familiar with
  E-components & production process such like IC package & test process
  of auto electronic industry.
• 3.Knowledge of 8D process and supplier management.
• 4.Familiar
  with IATF16949, VDA6.3, core quality tooling (APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, CP, PPAP)
  will be preferred.
• 5.Familiar
  with Lean tooling and 6 sigma is preferred.
• 6.Good
  communication & collaboration with internal and external.
• 7.Fluent
  in both oral and writing English.
