该职位来源于猎聘 Role We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the R&D Asia Enablement team in China. This role focuses on data analytics, Power BI reporting, and product discovery initiatives to support regional R&D activities. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in analytics with strong business acumen, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting product innovation across Scania's Asia operations. Key Responsibilities: Data Analytics & Insights

• Act as a data analytics and visualization expert within the R&D Asia Enablement organisation.
• Collect, structure, and analyse Enablement organisational and product-related data to support decision-making in R&D Asia.
• Build automated dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI that enable real-time insights for stakeholders. Product Discovery & Innovation
• Support product discovery initiatives by analysing test driver and test fleet performance data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in China and Sweden to validate concepts, features, and technical feasibility.
• Apply data-driven approaches to identify product gaps, improvement areas, and opportunities.
• Contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives in R&D. Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in Power BI dashboard development and advanced data visualizations.
• Strong skills in SQL (Snowflake), DAX, or Python/R for data preparation, analysis and automation.
• dbt Core for data modeling and transformation workflows
• Working within cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, AWS)
• Familiarity with product development processes and early-stage product discovery.
• Good understanding of manufacturing/R&D environments in automotive or heavy vehicles (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must (Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus).
