1.遵守公司各项规章制度,负责工地地材、钢筋、水泥、沙石等进、出、存货管理;
2.及时、完整、准确登记仓库台账,确保账、物相符;
3.负责工地仓库存货保管,保证工地内物资安全,禁止无关人员及危险物品随意进入工地;
4.负责存货日常管理,包括存货分类码放、整理、标识及进出库调度。要求熟悉存货特性,类管理,合理摆放,便于物流及安全;
5.队长交接时配合交接盘点并对材料成本账进行签字确认等;
6.配合物资管中心临时调取材料方面数据统计;
7.到各工地进行日常检查,了解物料使用情况和进度。
任职要求
1.大专以上学历,2年以上的建筑工地工作经验;
2.会电脑知识等操作优先,工作认真仔细;
3.人品端正,廉洁自律
